Now, after tea, it is blowing hard enough to make me turn our 2 glass top outside tables upside down from the deck onto the lawn. Strongest wind for a long time! Just about lost the bigger one till SWMBO rushed out and helped me. She was right chuffed as it was persisting down. :) Supposed to ease off overnight. Ken |

Edegcumbe escaped more flooding. All good here pctek. Couple of trees down here in Napier - McDonald St in Napier South for one. Beautiful morning here now. Havelock North copped it. Lots of trees down there. Lots of homes still without power all over. Lots of tree detritus all over the place when I went for my walk this morning. Not really a media beat up Clive. It was pretty rough here last night! Depends where you are I suppose.
