The strongest precautions possible were the only answer and now one by one they are being dropped in the name of getting back to normal life ie making money and counting the profits. |

| 1485331 | 2022-04-06 06:43:00 | At work we have a sign at counter NO MASK NO SERVICE NO EXEMPTION A couple of weeks ago before the sign we had clowns saying they had exemptions but wouldnt show them. They are all contractors doing hard physical work and they say they have an exemption. Yeah right. Had two we threatened to call the feld polezei on but they backed down and went elsewhere for their gear. |

NZ is so far from the rest of the world that its background culture is sadly lacking, since I was a young child I have known that a correct response to a pandemic/epidemic is for everyone without exception to get vaccinated/inoculated, I guess I must have heard my grandparents and parents talking about the end of the first world war and attitudes at the time of the Pandemic in England. I say it is commonsense anyway and anyone who doesn't think this needs to take a close look at what their responsibilities to their fellow citizens are, and also why they think they are entitled to behave in such a potentially dangerous and high-handed way to the rest of us. Covid can be a serious illness, the virus chosen vulnerable cells in your body are progressively dismantled by the virus and turned to purposes to prolong the spread of the virus in your body and others who get infected. Lung tissue, brain, stomach and digestive tracts are seriously deteriorated by the disease in some cases and the recovery is not fast, if at all in some unlucky individuals. |
