Thank you for your help.:thanks I've use Kana Reminder for years, From kanasolution.com Best of all its FREE - and no advertising.

Have a rea of all it can do under the "Learn more about Kana Reminder:"

It sits in the Icon tray next and pops up when a reminder is set. ( just make sure you go into the settings and tell it to run on startup and start with Windows Right click on icon tray).

You can set as many reminders as you want and how often, when to repeat, or a once only etc.

Here's my list: :D of set times.

1484692 2022-03-02 20:48:00 If you have MS Office....

I use Outlook's "tasks " for this
Or Outlooks "Calendar" can do this.
Outlook needs to be running to get the reminder popup though

or . MS "to do " app
www.microsoft.com
I havnt used it , not sure if you need a 365 a/c for it to link to

I havnt used it , not sure if you need a 365 a/c for it to link to YES the To Do does need a microsoft Account, and its not all that user friendly, as well as limited in when it can set reminders / options.

That's why Over the years I stuck with Kana Reminder, its stand alone ( no linking Accounts) , no advertising, no other programs required ( like outlook) simple to use, lots of options to select from should you need. And NEVER failed, -- Ok not quite true, failed once when a reminder was set and the computer wasn't turned on at the time, BUT did pop up as soon as it was. :D
