1483640 2022-01-17 03:35:00 My Firefox (version 96.0.1) is behaving not so correctly:

I have unticked "Open previous windows and tabs" in Startup,

11255

but, it still opens the previous page when I launch Firefox. It was not like this --only after the last two updates (I think).

1483643 2022-01-17 04:58:00 Its a Firefox Screw up again I think. My office PC started doing the same this morning, opening at the last page I closed of at, (Same version 96.0.1).

It SHOULD have opened at the Speed dial window ( Addon) that has numerous Tiled shortcuts. Wasn't till I ran Ccleaner and wiped out all temp / cookies did it return to normal.

1483647 2022-03-07 18:49:00 Haha, I knew that idiotic "lets abuse version numbering by giving minor versions their own major version numbers" was a bad idea.

Maybe they should just go back to being sensible, Firefox is only really version 5 or 6 at most, if you consider major changes.

Of course this is really all Google's fault, since they started this stupidity with Chrome.
"OuRs hAs A mUcH hIgHeR VeRsIoN NuMbEr sO iTs BeTtEr".... Ugh. But there's enough idiots who believe that, so it presumably worked.

Firefox version 100 is expected on May the 3rd.

I tend to use the ESR versions of Firefox.
