2022-01-04 19:57:00 | I would like to download and save some mp3s for a friend who wants to play them at his wedding which is being held outside well away from a wi-fi signal. I would appreciate it if someone could tell me how to do that, please. :thanks

2022-01-04 21:12:00 | You can download music files (videos) in MP3 format from You Tube. You don't download the videos, just the sound tracks. :) See 320ytmp3.com

2022-01-04 21:26:00 | The problem with answering the question is the most common method is via torrent sites and is illegal, posting it on a public forum is a risk. The sites themselves are not illegal although that's still under debate in a lot of countries but using them to get copyrighted material for free is. Even Zippitys suggestion isn't really allowed, not sure how the software makers get away with that. Legitimate sites where you can buy MP3s are easy to find though www.makeuseof.com If you want to go the other way google can probably point you there, or maybe someone could tell you privately.

2022-01-04 21:51:00 | Thank you Wainui. What sort of info would you like? Mainly, if you have some particular songs in mind / listed you want what site are they on ? One of the problems with some of the paid sites ( itunes for example) they used to be DRM coded so couldn't play on anything other than the original devices(s) or require internet connections to verify. Dont know if they are still that way or not ? Others Like Spotify, while you can download, they have to be played within Spotify. ( theres ways around that as well ) :D

2022-01-05 00:39:00 | If you use Firefox then install addon/extension "Easy Youtube Video Downloader Express" and then you will be able to download videos or reasonable quality mp3's from uTube. | zqwerty (97) | |
2022-01-05 00:48:00 | iTunes sells drm free audio now. Theres other sites as well like bandcamp but that te da to be electronics focused. Google music is another one, I assume it all drm free now, but could t say for certain. Else youre up for using a steaming service - Spotify etc. which you can use for free with ads. Or pay for a subscription (trial?). I saw that you will be without WiFi so Spotify premium can support This as with a subscription you can offline the music when under WiFi for use where there is no signs (or just use mobile data) Lastly theres the illegal route as mentioned. Or do it old school and hire the discs from the library and rip them.
