| 1483113 | 2021-12-26 20:55:00 | Yeah it should work if you have a USB 3 port but a PC without gigabit ethernet and with USB 3 would seem unusual to me. If you have USB 3 I would expect your ethernet port to be a gigabit one. Is your ethernet port connected directly to the router or through a switch? Have you tried a different cable ? is your machine pretty old ? I'm thinking maybe something else is dropping your speed back to 100M rather than the pc itself. |
