| 1484810 | 2022-03-09 09:01:00 | I have a Brother DCP-J4120DW colour printer scanner. The touch LCD screen does not respond and is very cloudy looking. Tried cleaning . The error message is Touchscreen Int failed. It will not scan from software either as it can't see it. It won't print either from pc... Remove any material on touchscreen. Dump it ? |

Its probably stuck in a fault mode , so wont be usable intill the fault is fixed/cleared Its not worth paying to have it fixed, so could be time for a new printer (Dont get an HP inkjet).
