| 740982 | 2009-01-22 02:47:00 | Hi Team Come back from holiday and find that my laptop wirelss is not reading our modem:mad: Comes up with the error massage "Intel(R) PROset/wirelesssoftware version 10.1.0.2 does not support Intel(R) PRO/wireless 3945ABG Network Connection device driver version 11.5.1.15. Please update with one of the following version: 10.0.0X;10.1.0.X or update intel(R) PROset wireless software to one of teh following versions: 10.0.0.X;. Any ideas as what I should do here would be greatly appreciated. Cheers Al |

| 740983 | 2009-01-22 03:32:00 | Afternoon Al - does the windows utility work, rather than using the Intel utility? Sounds like a driver update has been installed while you were away. Otherwise type devmgmt.msc into the run box, select your wireless network adaptor (under the network connections tree) and double click on it, and roll back the driver. Or... Go to the manufacturer of your laptop's support and drivers page, and see if theres an update for the intel pro wireless software. |
