REBOOT your computer!!
After reboot, navigate to and delete the following folder and files if still present:

C:\Program Files\TinyProxy <== folder
C:\Windows\fmark2.dat <== file, if present
C:\Windows\Kenny**.exe (** stands for a number, in this case 16, 17, 18..) <== file, if present

In case you're having problems with deleting the
C:\Program Files\TinyProxy folder; try it from Windows safe mode.
°To get into the Windows Safe Mode, restart your computer and, just before Windows starts to load, tap the F8 key a few times.
Choose Safe Mode from the menu that will appear and press Enter.

In case you're having connection problems afterwards (browsing):

In IE: Tools Menu -> Internet Options -> Connections Tab ->Lan Settings > uncheck "use a proxy server" or reconfigure the Proxy server again in case you have set it previously.
In Firefox in Tools Menu -> Options... -> Advanced Tab -> Network Tab -> "Settings" under Connection and uncheck the proxyserver.

Post a new HJT log when done and let us know how things are going.
