| 740695 | 2009-01-21 00:59:00 | My friend replaced the ink cartridges bought over the internet. Now the printer won't power on. I have tried all the cables, new cables, there appears to be ink in the bottom of the printer. Any suggestions? | shogge (14547) | ||
| 740696 | 2009-01-21 02:43:00 | Have you tried putting the originals back in?? If the printer died after you replaced the heads, that would be the place to start. |
