In NZ, Joe, you can still buy real cream. If you want it whipped by technology, you can buy a device which uses small cylinders (like the small CO2 "sparklets" used for soda siphons, or gas operated pistols) of nitrous oxide gas to blow bubbles in the cream. Some people don't bother with the cream. :D |
