| 544652 | 2007-04-27 01:14:00 | Hi there Is there a product you are familiar with that can transmit SkyTv to other Tv in the household, with a unit/transmitter next to & connected to the Sky box, and other TVs tuned into a specific TV channel. Id like the option of directing Sky to other Tvs while the lounge TV is on another channel. Thanks John in Mosgiel. |

| 544653 | 2007-04-27 01:51:00 | You could use one of these (www.dse.co.nz) But you would most probably need one of these (www.dse.co.nz) For every TV. And I would say unless the Sky decoder or TV has PIP / a dual tuner, they'll have to watch what you watch. (And vice-versa). |

| 544654 | 2007-04-27 02:05:00 | I'm not sure if you want wired or wireless. Speedy's solution for wireless looks good! Personally, I have a wall mounted bracket that brings Sky and VHF/UHF from different sockets, into the house to the DVD/VCR/TV but also has a lead out that goes to other rooms. All you need is a lead out from one of the devices into the wall plate. |

| 544655 | 2007-04-27 02:15:00 | I used to own one of the older video senders. It was good, but if you've only got normal Sky, you wont be able to watch two Sky channels at the same time. If the one I posted is similar, whatever channel you change to, it will also appear on the other TV/'s. But, you're right John, you'll need to tune the other TV's in, to get the video signal, from the main TV. |

| 544656 | 2007-04-27 05:58:00 | i prefer the 2.4ghz ones. not a lot of range and uses a non normall frequency range. the VHF/UHF ones have far to much range (picked one up over 2km away) and can interfrere with commanly used frquencies, which is ilegal and at worse can be conficated. |

| 544657 | 2007-04-27 07:09:00 | If all your TVs are already connected to a common aerial then you should be able to use the coax output on the Sky decoder to send the signal back out to all the other TVs without the need to buy any transmitters. I have this setup in my house as well as my parents house. But as stated by others you can only watch the same Sky channel on all TVs. |

Id like to do it without an additional Reveiver unit to each TV, as per the one suggested #2. so, VHF/UHF unit, video sender, would be ideal, anyone seen them FSale. They're not as DSmith, Jaycar where I checked today. Thanks John. |

| 544660 | 2007-04-28 23:36:00 | You can use those gigaair transmitters that you buy from DSE but the only problem is if you have a cordless phone of 2.4ghz in the house it interferes with the signal big time and the result is no picture at all. To compensate for this i bought a wireless phone that operates on the 5.8ghz frequency no interference at all spectacular picture through out the house. |
