2009-01-24 04:01:00 | What BIOS prob?? The only prob was, it was crashing Did you save the settings, after you changed it back to IDE? Set the BIOS to its default settings, then reconfigure it, then save the settings (Did you do this after you flashed / updated the BIOS in the 1st post)?? Remember to make the hdd the boot drive, before you save the settings

2009-01-24 04:11:00 | It can't be the cable, as the no beeping prob means a prob with the vid card. The video card is in properly. Blam

2009-01-24 04:21:00 | Is there more than 1 video connection on the monitor?? ie: DVI, VGA, HDMI or what? And what kind of cable are you using from the videocard to the monitor? If there's more than 1 connection on the monitor, there should be a button, on the front of it, so you can switch between the different connections / inputs That could be the other reason theres no signal. Its switched to the wrong input

2009-01-24 04:47:00 | Look under the on/off button.. I think there's buttons here Does it say VGA or DVI when you switch it on? (It may show in the right-hand corner of the monitor)

2009-01-24 04:50:00 | No, it doesn't say If its DVI No buttons, nothing in manual either The monitor senses automatically I think, I plugged in VGA to laptop, worked, plugged in DVI to another desktop, worked. And the thing is, it sometimes works with the PC, sometimes doesn't, depends on if it beeps or not..
