We will be running gameservers for the popular games .

We will be selling drinks/food onsite and will also be getting Pizza Hut pizza delivered 7PM Saturday, which will be free . On 9AM Saturday morning, we tend to flood the cafe downstairs . Expect a huge social breakfast with 30 people . Bring $10-$20 to feed yourself . We've got a 20% discount with the cafe too .

SPONSORS:
We have sponsors signing on for this event, such as PC Media Solutions . Further information will be announced within a week .

We would very much appreciate anyone from these forums to come . We're going to full our maximum capacity of 59 for this event again, so reserve yourself a spot and save some cash! Last event we couldn't actually fit anymore people in; we had to squeeze 11 more seats in and we're not doing it that this time . Prepaying also lets you and your mates book a seat next to each other .

What not to bring:
- Alcohol
- Drugs
- Cigarettes(Smokers can bring these, but they have to go fully off the premises to smoke . )

We cannot allow any of the above mentioned at the event because that's the rules that were set down upon us for the venue, plus they tend to lessen the fun others have .

545321 2007-05-13 07:26:00 Hiya all,
It's BGLan's one year anniversary in 5 days. We're stoked. You're stoked. Lets make this one a huge bash; register and prepay QUICKLY - there are only 8 seats left as of writing this.

We've saved 3 of the seats for trademe. Why? Well, I recently came across the Games for Kids fundraising drive by Team Affliction, and I wanted to help. It's such a good cause - for more details please read this thread on their forums:
www.iwagewar.com

The idea is, the amount + the trademe fees will be subtracted off the total, and then the remainder will be donated towards Games for Kids. To view the progress of the tickets and perhaps bid for the good cause, please visit this link:
www.trademe.co.nz

I want to donate but I'm not exactly in a position to, so I figured I could atleast raise publicity and money. If this is successful we'll make it even bigger next time, with the possibility of BGLan matching the amount donated.
