| 741731 | 2009-01-25 01:26:00 | Hi Mark Easy, simply press the winkey + L to lock the computer. You will need to key in the password on return. The screensaver idea is a good but I would do both. If you forget to lock the computer straight away then the screensaver will do it for you. Just another solution to your little problem, a few years ago, I brought, (from Jaycars), a USB dongle, (looks like a flash drive). This was the receiver and came with a little round transmitter about the size of a fifty cent piece. You put this bit in your pocket. Walk away from your computer and it would automatically lock. Walk back to within 5m and your computer is ready to rock and roll. The amazing thing was it didn't cost much, about twenty bucks if my memory serves me correctly. Someone pulling out the receiver only may it harder to get into the computer. It simply wouldn't function without it!! Might be a bit over the top for your use though!! Anyway, hope this helps.
