Over the weekend I blew away my XP partition (was dual booting) and am now solely running Vista. I like it a lot. Now that my Logitech G25 racing wheel is working properly there was nothing I needed XP for anymore...so I dumped the old thing. Best thing for me is the way Media Centre integrates so nicely with the Xbox360 in the lounge. |

In fact, I made sure I had an XP partition for dual-booting, just-in-case, however I've only used it once. That was to diagnose a hardware failure (as Vista was new, I thought maybe it was vista... XP however had the same, if not worse, issues with that piece of hardware. Hardware replaced with newer better model, and I haven't been in XP since). Maybe I should remove my XP partition also... it's just wasting valuable disk space :D Mike. |
