741950 2009-01-25 20:16:00 Im using outlook to manage my domain email and my xtra mail, but things seem quite messy and i cant tell which address the mail is coming from at a quick glance, is there any other programs which may do it better? aidanmaz (7180)
741951 2009-01-25 20:22:00 In Outlooks inbox right click on the column headers and select "field chooser", from there simply pull the "to" along to a space in the header and you will now be able to see which address it was sent to. stormdragon (6013)
741952 2009-01-25 20:24:00 awesome much better thanks aidanmaz (7180)
741953 2009-01-25 20:33:00 Not sure about Outlook Express but in MS Outlook if you hit the organise button you can create a new rule. You do something like, if this email arrives from "this" email account move it to this folder you created. Therefore all your emails per diff email account are separated by diff "inboxes".
