| 547613 | 2007-05-06 03:43:00 | Sony MP3 NWE003FB or similar - 1 - 2 GBs. Are these good value, reliable etc. Haven't been able to find any local reviews for them. Also - are there any MP3s that you can listen to radio on as well? Thanks. |

I am sure that Sony MP3 players are pretty good by themselves, most of the issues that I have read about relate to the software not integrating well with the player thus making it not so easy to use. Some MP3 players with built in radio capability work better than others. In the 1-2GB range the iPod shuffle is pretty competitive on price although it doesn't have the capacity to listen to radio - I think you need to get an iPod Nano or bigger with a Belkin FM tuner for that. |

But if $$ is no problem, then all OK. I would only buy from DSE, Noel Leemings or another store that has a 'right of return' and 'right to exchange' guarantee. |

| 547618 | 2007-05-06 06:58:00 | However I still don't like SonicStage and it can be a problem when putting mp3s into the player. While people say the sound quality is quite good.I find the player has a lack of treble |

Sony Mp3 player's battery are now embedded and they cost $100 to replace but if its within the 1 year warranty . It'll be replaced free of charge If you have problems or are annoyed with battery issues . Maybe invest on a Zap portable energy D14 |
