| 743133 | 2009-01-29 22:16:00 | Hi, I have been using Ad aware for years,quite successfully,and followed the updates as they came in-got to v9 and now an Anniversary Edition is available I have twice downloaded and installed this- an Icon shows on the desk top but it will only show when I click, open,the visiting card like window where it says it is going ahead---BUT nothing appears on the screen- the hourglass just disappears and the usual cursor takes it's place What am I doing wrong? Last week when this happened I uninstalled it and re-installed v9 and scanned as per my usual housekeeping chores, worked perfectly Today I re installed it- same fault- any help here please? :angry effie c |
