743066 2009-01-29 21:27:00 When ever I start my computer a program I never remember installing called cfwtracker.exe has an error and askes to be debuged by VC++ (which also has an error when it attempts to do so)

Is it safe to remove just by deleting it as I cant find it in Add & Remove Programs?

743069 2009-01-29 21:39:00 See if it is a service and stop it.
It may be in the startup, you can disable it.

Probally safe to just send to the recycle bin.

Sorry I've forgotten the command for CMD to open services, could you please tell me :-)

It's not in Start Up by the way.

743071 2009-01-29 21:55:00 easy way: Control panel > Administrative Tools > Services

Or the CMD way is net stop servicename
But you would need to know the service name
