| 742921 | 2009-01-29 04:52:00 | I am a nonuser of IE and have been for years. Since migrating to XP 12 months ago I have ignored it, but noted a post on another thread that IE should be updated even though it was't used(for security). So how's it done? I did do a quick Google, but got gooble de gook! Second query do I still need IE or is it still bound up with upates and other processes? |

| 742923 | 2009-01-29 05:09:00 | You don't really need IE, you can actually nlite it off, but once you've install XP you can't remove it as it becomes an integral part of the OS. To update it to the latest version, windows update should automatically or you can manually download IE7 Thanks Blam |
