| 548697 | 2007-05-09 16:54:00 | Dear mods or html editors/writers: I think I found a glitch in the post area . If you are going to EDIT a post you just made, and hit the Submit button . . . it just hangs . . . . at least it looks like that on this end . I found that if I hit the Go Advanced button then you get something to happen . . . but in the meantime, the post went out from the last button and I get the: "This forum requires that you wait 30 seconds between posts . Please try again in 22 seconds . " error/warning . . even though it looks like nothing happened the first time . So then when you DO get to post, you find you double posted . Just thought you'd like to know . |

| 548698 | 2007-05-09 18:42:00 | Ive also noticed that if I open the emoticon panel (by clicking 'More') and then go to submit a post, Konqueror crashes (haven't installed debugger so not sure why... its just one of those things I live with). Never crashes if I click on what emotes I can see in the panel already (mind you the ones I use often are memorised anyway) | Myth (110) | ||

| 548701 | 2007-05-10 00:09:00 | Me too, and I also found that that was the cause of the partial posts in the Cat-Food Diet thread for Monday Laughs a few weeks back. Editing an error made it hang and it looks like a time-out dropped the second part of the post. This seems to be a new development, because I have regularly edited posts in the past with no problems but now I notice long delays. Cheers Billy 8-{) |
