743559 2009-01-31 04:14:00 Hi Team.
I've had a couple of BSoD's lately
err stop 804007dd ntoskrnl.exe not found or corrupt.
It isn't of course.
Running win2k pro and was running avast or spybot at the time also on a back up from disk 1 to disk 2.

Chkdsk /f /v /r runs clean on both disks

No other problems apparent..Any idears anyone ???
Cheers

If you have another 2K PC

Have you got an emergency repair disk (you make it in 2K)?

Hi,
Yes, I have been to that link that you supplied, didn't help unfortunately. None of those causes were applicable to me.
I have a repair diskette which didn't help.
I also ran "windows repair" with the origional install CD, still no successs.
Chkdsk /f /v /r has run cleanly on both HDD's which are both 80 gig drives.
Cheers,
