743420	2009-01-30 19:04:00	In the right side of my quick start bar there is an icon left over from program I trialed, didnt like and have since deleted. Have tried to remove it, but the only options it gives me is link back to their web site to download the program again Can I get into some area where this item is sitting and delete it. 743421	2009-01-30 19:19:00	The icon will more than likely be linked to a file still in the programs folder. Go in C: Drive / programs, see if you can locate the folder and dump out the link. Other way is to remove the complete folder, as some programs dont delete them when you uninstall the program. Another way, is to right click the link/properties/Locate and it should take you directly to where the problem is. Once deleted, try deleting the icon again, and it shouldn't come back.	wainuitech (129)
