| 743535 | 2009-01-31 00:51:00 | Please help, cannot open my microsoft office professional documents .I can see the document and open a file but can not do any thing to the file, because then a window pop up and says "prepare to install" After a few seconds another window pop up and says " the feature are not installed, do you want to install it now?" If I press yes a window appears and says prepare to install and after a few swconds the last mesage appear that says"Microsoft Publisher has not been installed for the current user.
