| 548887 | 2007-05-10 17:41:00 | Thursdays present me with SOOOO many options. Not working for a living, I finally have cleared my dockets for that day to devote myself to information overload. I especially pick on NZ..but in reality, anyone or any place will suffice. On a roll now, as the past two posts clearly indicate for their arcane and witty affrontry, I have yet...another post about ...of all things: BATHROOM TISSUE...or the OVERUSE thereof. I cite Sheryl Crow, that long-time eco-spirit and bastion of green-everything. Her views in the past MIGHT have been short-sighted, but now I feel that this time she has hit her personal best in full stride. With overheated penguins and near-dead grandmas in her sights, she has just completed her "Stop Global Warming Tour" with a tirade of vitriol against the machine. I present it in this link (www.theregister.co.uk) Now...if you'll all just follow me to the gift shop, you can show your support for her commitment on eco-green-sano-hybrid-ism by purchasing some (or many) of the goods offered with 100% of the proceeds (after taxes, investiture, pay-offs, attorney fees and shipping and handling charges are deducted) will be given freely and without strings to the "TP, 2B or Not 2B" quest. OK...I just gotta go here once...and then I'll leave this subject to Metla and other miscreants. "How do you know you're in Sheryl Crow's neighborhood?" "You see all the toilet paper hanging out to dry". |

But that's another argument), is for her to stop touring. All those trucks and buses carting her gear and hangers-on must be really pumping out the CO2!!! Plus she could stop recording - using all that electicity and plastic for the CDs can't help the situation!! ;) | johcar (6283) | ||
