I'm on the xtra explorer broadband plan and the browsing speeds are slow. i go to a website,then part of it loads,then i have to wait 5-10seconds for the whole website to load. sometimes when i type in a url like google.com,it takes about 10 seconds for it to to go there. i emailed xtra broadband about this and they said they haven't had any other emails from customers regarding this so it must just be my pc.
But it's not. About 5 of my friends who are on xtra have the exact same problem. How many people need to email xtra about this problem to get it fixed? Do they only fix things if 100's of people email them? |
