| 745356 | 2009-02-06 00:54:00 | Just a few days ago, I installed a new game on my Vista computer. Since it runs off CD, StarForce Protection was installed separately. Now there's a problem. Every time I start my PC, there would be a balloon telling me that StarForce was blocked due to incompatibility issues, but I heard that I can run my game perfectly fine without it. Since it's a driver I think it wouldn't help much if I just remove the game. How would I remove the annoying incompatible driver? It's disabled anyway so I'd rather want it exterminated. It is not in Programs and Functions or Device Manager. Helps are appreciated. |

| 745360 | 2009-02-06 04:48:00 | It's a Chinese Monopoly game. Actually, the discs were my friend's, and since he took them away, I can't play it. I have to say that I got lucky Starforce wasn't compatible with Vista (ha ha!). Thanks to feersumendjinn for the method. Say farewell to the annoying popup... and Starforce! |
