| 552477 | 2007-05-26 12:24:00 | I missed it, but at the end of (I think) TV3 News they had a bit where people could send in their opinions, and a 93 year-old woman said she didn't blame him because his wife was f***ing another couple! The presenter was speechless! I just wish they would define 'assault' when someone is charged with that offence. To me, assault is actually bodily harm, not being pushed or shoved or grabbed. Yes, he was probably angry at her but it doesn't sound like he slapped her around (sounds like she was already a slapper...) or actually tried to harm her. Big difference in my mind. |
