I get 4.5-5Mbps at anytime during the day and because my ISP's system is flawed, I can do this: img245.imageshack.us 35GB downloaded in two days... How you manage that, I do not know. I sit on 4.5mbps during most hours, even though my line speed is 6mbit, it's ok for me. |

| 554270 | 2007-06-04 06:07:00 | Well, I'm thankful for small mercies. I have been getting consistent 1500-1600kbps downloads for the last 3 or4 days, on xtra. After harping and nagging at them to do something about the service; and they did:confused:(after I had finally got them to do something, apparently, according to the neighbours wife, who watches the comings and goings like a hawk, thank goodness, there were 3 Telecoms contractors vans going up & down the road). Previous to that I was getting anything from no service to 250 odd kbps to 700kbps when it was good:horrified So considering I live in the sticks, I should be very, very grateful:groan: |
