745805 2009-02-07 21:26:00 Hey guys, could someone recommend a good free program or addon for kids on the net.
I had a 8yr old here yesterday and she was on Youtube for about 3 hrs,she kept closing the page when i checked on her.
I have just set up a new user as well.

745807 2009-02-07 22:05:00 Hmmm.... not letting an 8 year old sit in front of a computer for 3 years straight might be good start.

Do you have Vista on the computer?

745808 2009-02-07 22:30:00 We can't get drunk and listen to Metal with a really annoying child in the same room as us and shes watched all of our kiddy movies, does'nt play with toys and has already broken our swing,so i am running out of ideas.
I am running XP.

Or whoever owns the kid, get them to look after her

745812 2009-02-07 23:47:00 Windows Steadystate (not sure if it's compatible with Firefox though) www.microsoft.com feersumendjinn (64)
745813 2009-02-08 00:10:00 It can stop Firefox from running, thats for sure :) Chilling_Silence (9)
745814 2009-02-08 20:17:00 You can try OpenDNS to block bad/inappropriate websites and if you're feeling brave, load Tomato firmware on your router to manage bandwidth Blam (54)
