556084 2007-06-04 22:48:00 my broadband is screwing up so at about 8:30 this morning decided to ring technical assistance for help - through the Paradise help... its now 9:50 I am still waiting on the phone.

In that time I have managed to make breakfast, and work on the net.

The biggest joke of all is the phone rings, then clicks straight over to a message, saying how "your call is important to us" and the wait period is 60 minutes.

But for the phone to ring I doubt if anyone is actually there working.

I had exactly the same experince with Telstra just recently and got sick of it so i rang up and made a query about broadband and got them to ring me back. They rang back and I canceled my dial up account. That was the only way i could get through.
