555277 2007-06-02 02:23:00 Maybe the latest update did it, but before when I hovered over a suspected spam or even a good e-mail, the address of the sender would pop out..but not any more.....

Ya think the Firefox 2.0.0.4 did this?

555278 2007-06-02 05:13:00 I wonder if that's related to the Java error displayed after the upgrade completes? Or is that javascript-related?

I'm confused! Much preferred it when Java was just "a place near where a big volcano blew up" and a slang term for coffee... ! :D

555279 2007-06-02 05:19:00 Just out of interest Joe, to get the hover/pop-up effect, did you open the email in the browser and hover over the email address or are you looking at the email in the summary page, where all emails are displayed? Just trying to replicate in Opera... johcar (6283)

Ya think the Firefox 2.0.0.4 did this?It not just Mozilla. I'm using the Internet Explorer as well, a good email just moved to trash for no reason, so you better wanna keep an eye on spam section if possible.
It just happened not long ago.

I was able to hover on the listed e-mail before I opened or viewed it, on the sender's name/area and then see the actual address there. Now it's not working at all.

I used that to double check on the stuff that GMail spam filtered or allowed into the IN box...just to make sure I wasn't missing something from a first-time mailer to me that was legitimate.

555283 2007-06-02 21:17:00 Never noticed it, as I use POP to access my Gmail on Thunderbird. pcuser42 (130)
