| 556066 | 2007-06-04 19:59:00 | woohoo...More pointless spam. You didn't just jump on the Intel hype bandwagon you have launched your own. All they had to do was be put in a Mac and suddenly they are closer to God then Jebus himself. You got it Metla. WinMacGuy sells Macs for a living or in some way profits from Macs. As I have said before, Mac corporation probably has a Mac employee planted in every computer tech forum around the world. WinMacGuy may not even be in NZ - could be outsourced in Bombay. |

Use the idle time on your computer (Windows, Mac, or Linux) to cure diseases, study global warming, discover pulsars, and do many other types of scientific research. http://boinc.berkeley.edu/ |

Perhaps, Though I'm willing to believe he is what he claims to be, A consumer who is so infatuated with Apple that he comes across as someone suffering from some sort of mental issue. |

Apple don't outsource to Bombay. They looked at setting up there just recently but canned the idea. All of their design is done inhouse in California, the manufacturing is done at Foxconn facilities in China (same place that does other PC laptops) and their help desk is either online (I think) or via Apple direct or 3rd party vendors. |

Not as good as I heard it,but hopefully you get the drift. |

My sister was like that. For years it was nothing but a Mac. Her husband and I tried and tried but she wouldn't budge: it HAD to be a Mac, or she wouldn't even get into a room that had a pc. But guess what she has now? NOT A MAC, thats for sure! For some odd reason her infatuation ended and mental clarity prevailed. |

There were a number of Mac users that stuck with the Mac through the dark years of the early 90's. I didn't start using it till system 9 which I really liked, it was laid to rest just after the introduction of OS X in 2001. |
