| 558640 | 2007-06-13 01:05:00 | THE GM of PBT Auckland sent me a letter as she had seen the thread here about my courier whinge. She apologised, enclosed a bottle of wine and said the local delivery driver here will be leaving them soon anyway. Wow. Amazing. First time I ever had an apology from a courier. Amazing what PCWorld can accomplish isn't it? :rolleyes: I am forwarding the present to my suppliers, as they were brilliant regarding the loss, and did me a good deal on the replacement I got. Who is Morningstar by the way - a most excellent company. :D |

On Grumpy Old Men today one said (referring to British Post but hey same thing really) that he has concluded he can expect 40% of his mail to arrive at the other end. |
