Did I ever mention I dropped an excavator into the Brisbane river?, seems they don't make very good submarines. Lmao. I could see the entire "getting fired" scene coming from a mile away on that day. |

| 557276 | 2007-06-10 00:00:00 | Meh, riding on the sidewalk, I'm 32, I cycle for fitness, If I decide the footpath is the safest place to be then thats where I go, I wouldn't rely on the law to keep me safe nor permit it to over-ride my decision on where I should be. having said that, I ride at night, and only hit the footpath when approaching roads to my left, shooting strait across is a recipe for death. Thats why Maryann & I stay safely in the house at night. Too many cycle Hoons around. PJ :D :D |

My right wrist is in a cast, meaning no writing :D but slower typing. :( My commiserations. My wife fell off a bike just after christmas; it didn't come right and it looks as though she has to have an operation to correct it:horrified I hope you have better luck than that:eek: |

Not to worry, the cast is only going to be on for 6 weeks. (And I might get my braces and my cast off on the same day! :D) |
