557254 2007-06-08 10:36:00 AHAHAHAHA

The little annoying kid finally got what he deserves.

I hope someone deliberately knocked him off his bike... they deserve a medal! :D

This guy is the man.

557255 2007-06-08 13:27:00 You should have left those trainer wheels on. ;)
LOL

And you expect sympathy for getting hurt while breaking the law

aw comon, it's not like he was robbing a gun store with a machete or anything! we all moan and ***** about cyclists (well i dont) on the road - where else are they meant to go?

(i assume it's a pedal bike we're talking about - those footpaths are NO fun on sport bikes i tell you now!)

557256 2007-06-08 21:13:00 It was a mountain bike, and I fell off because I ran over a ball. The kids who kicked it (accidentally) came over to help me, and must have felt sorry. pcuser42 (130)

I remember one of the guys I used to work with (bit of a dropkick but we won't hold that against him) biking home plastered after a drinking session (he didn't have a car or access to one at this stage thankfully) and he fell off his bike after hitting the curb. Lets just say the road had as much of his face on it as he did after he left the scene. He came to work on Monday (this happened Friday night), I think most of us had a good laugh at his expense :D

557258 2007-06-09 01:00:00 I broke my shoulder when i was about 13, a friend and i made a ramp down at the back of our school, had a sweet downhill slope running into the ramp.

Anyways we were getting some fair distance in the jumps so I thought Id do one more before i went home, but in mid air my handle bars seperated from the bike. All I remember is looking back at my mate with these handle bars in my hand:lol:

Such good times...

557260 2007-06-09 01:46:00 It was the footpath, but I don't know what it looks like because I haven't seen it since .

By the way, does anyone know of free speech recognition software? ;)

"Footpath" definition?

Is it a sidewalk or a dirt path through the woods?

In the US your footpath is something that furry forestland creatures use, but a sidewalk is alongside the road, and usually on both sides for pedestrians . It's also illegal to ride a bike on one anyway . . . . . . . . .

557261 2007-06-09 02:12:00 "Footpath" definition?
Footpath in NZ = sidewalk.

ps.. sympathies to you pcuserwinxp - I broke a couple bones in my hand once and I know how agonising it is!

557262 2007-06-09 02:16:00 footpath in nz generally means "sidewalk", and yes it is illegal to use powered vehicles on them too. i'm not sure about pedal bikes though, if there isn't anyone else around it's safer and cops aren't going to go ticketing kids now are they? motorbyclist (188)
