| 559347 | 2007-06-15 01:13:00 | If your wondering why you cant access www.faqf1.net.nz, is because the FAQF1 domain name has expired. I have PM Webbase (Who registered the domain name for us) asking if they can renew our FAQF1 domain name. Hopefully FAQF1 Will be back up soon! |

| 559349 | 2007-07-09 03:49:00 | Update On the 15-06-2007 I sent Webbase a PM asking for the FAQF1 domain name to be renewed, but I have not heard back from them. Latter on today or tomorrow I will e-mail Webbase & see what they say, if I get any response from them. |

| 559350 | 2007-07-16 07:51:00 | Any response? Is it time for us to consider getting the domain transferred to one of us? This little incident doesn't exactly fill me with confidence in Webbase, I'd rather have a paid, reliable domain under our control than have a free, unreliable domain at the mercy of Webbase. | Erayd (23) | ||
| 559351 | 2007-07-16 07:55:00 | I take it despite FAQF1 being unavailable due to this issue, the actual content of the website is still safe and sound ...? | Jen (38) | ||
| 559352 | 2007-07-16 08:22:00 | Any response? I am e-mailing them tonight. Is it time for us to consider getting the domain transferred to one of us? In till they renew it or it expires (& it comes available to the public), it cannot be transferred to anyone. I take it despite FAQF1 being unavailable due to this issue, the actual content of the website is still safe and sound ...? Yes, the actual content of the website is still safe and sound :) |

Yup, all backed up too, to my backup system, so no worries there :) I'm sitting watching the domain, waiting for it to be released, might use the grab feature of my registrar, seeing as we are getting no response from webfarm. |

Yes, the actual content of the website is still safe and sound :) You should still be able to transfer it using your UDAI code, even if it ha expired . Web Drive now own and manage webbase, as you may want to contact them direct . I haven't found them as good as they once were . |

| 559355 | 2007-07-17 02:29:00 | We don't have the UDAI unfortunately. That domain is owned and registered by Webbase (they did this free of charge, so nice gesture from them) but as we don't control it we can't grab it until it actually expires. Even if they offer another year free I'd be inclined to turn it down noting what happened this time. |

| 559356 | 2007-07-17 02:33:00 | It has been more than a month now. :( Stu, have you sent them the email yet? If you don't get a response from them in the next week or two it might be worth instigating a paid domain using a different domain name, eg faqf1.co.nz or similar. You can always grab the current one if and when it becomes available later on. |
