I would imagine they were trying to make her quit, A worker whose unhappy is a crap worker, You don't reward their negativity by giving them more money, You give them cause to leave. (the hard workers with the good attitude tend to get the rewards) You can pretty much bet good money that if she was skilled at what she wanted to do, was a hard enough worker to warrent the extra money, That she wasn't required at her current station, and there was an opening for her at the next level she would have been moved over. Wow, Thats a bigger picture then just some worker who wants extra money. Who made life difficult and got told to go away because she was a women. Getting put in her place seemed to ruffle a feather or 2.... |

When it kept going back to the top I decided time to re-read How interesting that some guys have turned this into a gender fight. She just wanted to cut up dead fish. Even I got bored with the subject ages ago, and I started it.I was going to ask if Cicero and winmacguy were the married couple. They argue like they're married Also I see talk of taking sides. LOL. Lets be ball-less and hide behind Metla and let him do the fighting (huh Cicero?) Sounds like school yard tactics. Some people have grown up since then. I guess others haven't I do however agree with Metlas last point, troublesome workers aren't usually rewarded with better positions. They aren't moved sideways or up, they move out. |

There is always more to the story in the real world, Crap they decide is better left unsaid from either side, and lies told to further their cause...or to paint a picture in more contrast. Everyone has an agenda. Whoever told her shes wasn't going to get the position due to being a women obviously knew it would cause upset, so its reasonable to assume that was the intent. Or not. The following is what you know to be 100 percent correct based on the radio interviews. . |

I came close to it earlier but if it must be put in black and white for the non-thinkers, I elevate women to a higher position then men, They are our wives, mothers, girlfriends, sisters, and they deserve what we can do for them. When men go to war its to protect the women and children, when men go to work its to provide for them. Seems a bit pointless for the women to want to join us in the battle lines, If they are going to put themselves at risk we men might as well all go home. Muhahahahaha. |
