2007-06-17 22:37:00 I have Prime TV on a Sky Decoder and it had been working fine until last week, when it said to "contact your service provider to subscribe to this channel. Any ideas? Everything is plugged in as usual. consique (12429)
2007-06-17 23:53:00 well it says contact your service provider so what i would do would be to ring up sky and get them to re-enable it? I dont have sky so i dont really no Tyroneb (11728)

2007-06-18 00:28:00 You don't have to subscribe to Prime , It is part of the standard deal with Sky.

2007-06-18 00:30:00 You don't need to subscribe to prime as it is part of the start up package and it is also a free to air channel to you must have some other fault which is causing you to stop viewing it. Hitech (9024)
2007-06-18 01:13:00 Yes i no its 3 to air but im assuming at sky an users acc is set up with a list of channels they can view, somehow prime might have been turned off, so my answer is the same - contact sky
