| 559201 | 2007-06-14 21:50:00 | in regards to the customization of macs - yesterday i was given the task to image and set up 2 Brand new imacs at work - dual core Intel CPU 2 gig of ram yadda yadda - out of curiosity i must have spent 35 minutes trying to figure out how they disassemble - its as if they built it - threw it in a pool of epoxy and when it set cut out holes for the CD Drive, Power and USB ports e.c.t - do the mac techs just crack em open with a chisel when they fail? its crazy  and im not keen on getting started on the idiotic "mighty mouse" they bundle with those imacs *shudder* |

| 559203 | 2007-06-14 22:44:00 | out of curiosity i must have spent 35 minutes trying to figure out how they disassembleThe idea is that if you want to be able to add graphics cards, hard drives etc to your Mac, you buy a Mac Pro. 99% of people buying iMacs have no reason to open them up, other than to add RAM. :) | maccrazy (6741) | ||

| 559206 | 2007-06-15 01:52:00 | The best way to open up a Mac would probably be a large bomb placed right next to it. Not only would you open it, you would also rid the Earth of another Mac:D:thumbs: | beeswax34 (63) | ||
