1435668 2017-05-25 04:31:00 Hi guys, I use Skype a lot just for regular old phone calls but now that they have merged with Windows the ability to record your own personalised voice message has now been removed so I am looking for another system to use. I have looked at Google Voice which sounds great but it isn't available in NZ :( Does anyone know of any good VOIP alternatives to Skype? I really just want to call within NZ for free via my PC and mobile, if I could screen share would be a bonus :) DakotaNZ (17161)

Does viber still have a desktop app? They did for a while. Came from mobile and allows messaging, voice calls. Unsure about video.

Seems it does still exist. The other part obviously needs viber also. Another one to check might be whatsapp.

A true VoIP provider like 2talk may be the way to go.
