| 1435632 | 2017-05-22 21:51:00 | I re-installed and upgraded to Win10. In previous OS (Win7, 8.1) I always installed Java. I haven't installed Java in Win10 yet and it seems my web browsing works just fine. Is it necessary to install Java? Cheers |

Personally I'd just wait and see if you ever get an error, then install java if required. I honestly couldn't tell you if java was on my PC or remember the last time I installed anything to do with it. Might check tonight just out of interest. |
