Ours for instance is worth about $560,000 now. I had some txts from some people down South just a while ago, wanting to know (without exactly putting it that way) if we had sold our pace for millions and run off with loads of change elsewhere. Anyway, Hamner Springs is nice, and the wee house looks good, awesome in fact....finished pics, on the new section soon, gary67??	pctek (84)
