1435027 2017-05-09 00:01:00 On a side note.

Are there pdf readers that will allow printing of protected pdf's ?
I used to be able to do that with Ghostveiw, many many years back. I dont think that will anymore

I had a pdf motherboard manual I couldnt print the 2 pages I needed. So I had to do screen captures & print that way.

1435028 2017-05-09 03:30:00 WIN 10 if you open your PDF in the default Edge browser you can save it, print it all or whatever part of it that is required. There is no need for a third party app for that. CliveM (6007)

even if the pdf is Print Disabled protected pdf ?
some pdfs are by design not able to be printed or copy sections from it.

Never had one of those. Presumably nothing is going to work if that's the case.

Interesting Dave!
Well I am sure not going to race out to get that big Xerox printer:)
I don't have anything to print out that is critical and MS will have that bug sorted before I could take delivery of it in any event.

1435035 2017-05-12 07:44:00 I won't be getting one either, a bit of a black eye for Microsoft though. KarameaDave (15222)
