| 1434813 | 2017-05-02 06:23:00 | I had problems with AliExpress recently. Sorted now but it put me off. I prefer, with those sort - the middle men types, good customer reviews, the online but a proper shop ones are better, usually, although same thing, read reviews first. At least with Trademe, you get a dodgy seller, they take steps to get you your money back (if you don't use direct credit). Aliexpress, they passed the buck. I have a UK shop I use regularly and got a wrong order once. I emailed him and told him and without question, he resent the order with the correct products. Then I realised it was probably my stuff up, not his, so contacted him again to say charge me again. he waived it. Now thats damn good service. |
