1435579	2017-05-21 04:22:00	Perhaps evolve similar to Google Flights, Shopping, etc. Possibly better display targeted vacancies, and suppressing or burying others in search results, for Job Searchers Online... Also compete - and shake - up Trademe, Seek, and Indeed -and their policies, and advertisers. The three main or widely used platforms in NZ. Article here (www.nbr.co.nz) from NBR. Also described (goo.gl) from a SEO/Search perspective. I think most NZ's use Seek, Trademe, WINZ Job Bank, and Indeed online. I have found many issues with them, including with Agencies on those 3 platforms....There is no regulation of any sort. Issues experienced... 1. Listing jobs, that have expired. I rang and found out - it was cheaper to keep the ad active - job active or not. Annoying - considering effort for drafting/sending targeted CV. 2. Possibly Agencies "scalping" about online - no actual jobs present (or rather limited in scope, hours, or type - casual, part-time, etc). Sure entry in, but they just want to build up a CV database. I was also told this from a former agency owner, since really competitive. 3. Some actual NZ companies listing repeatedly for the same positions; Once a 3 month trial period is up, they can fire, then re-hire seeming in near perpetuity. I was told this from a job search tutor I know. I was told from actual (young) workers. 4. You don't know what other agencies are advertising - and indeed companies - for most searchers online - unless if you know how to do advanced Google Searches. Or bother searching at all universally. Such jobs may now appear easily. Such agencies may worry a bit - and perhaps better/truthfully advertise. Also smaller - but perhaps better quality Recruit agencies and companies, job ads, etc may appear/surface, i.e. become visible, in Google's Job Pack in search results....	kahawai chaser (3545)
