1435189	2017-05-11 09:49:00	Hello Has anyone else had a problem with Orcons internet speed? I've got a VDSL connection that according to them, is supposed to be able to handle congestion. This has been going on for a while now, I get about 65Mbps down & 10 up at around 5:30pm but when it's 7:30 to 8:30 which seems to be the worst time, it's 2.5 down & 7.5 up. I don't know what the speeds are in the mornings. They did a network upgrade a few weeks ago & I thought that might fix it, it's worse. I got a text from them this afternoon & they've supposedly fixed it. Nope it's still diabolical. So I'm thinking of ditching them, I've been with them since they started & they're getting worse by the day, but that won't stop me moving if they don't sort it out pronto. I'd be interested to see if others are having similar problems with speed Cheers	Phil B (648)
1435190	2017-05-11 21:15:00	Hello I've got a VDSL connection that according to them, is supposed to be able to handle congestion. I fail to see how any ISP can claim no congestion. And moving to another probably wouldn't help, there'd still be the same number using the lines, and jumping on at the same times.	pctek (84)

1435192	2017-05-12 10:02:00	Around 8:10 tonight I had 64 down & 10 up, 5 minutes later the streaming started jittering, tested speeds & got 5 down & 7 up. Somethings definitely wrong. They opened another job on it yesterday & so far heard nothing	Phil B (648)
1435193	2017-05-12 10:37:00	Been doing speed check about every 15 mins since the speed dropped, now at 9:35pm it's jumped up to 50 down & 9 up. That's a huge speed discrepancy.	Phil B (648)
