| 749671 | 2009-02-20 18:29:00 | I recently bought and installed a canon lide100 scanner on my desktop running XP. It worked perfectly until I installed a new printer - an Oki C5650. The scanner hasn't run since. Does anyone know of any software conflicts between these two? Is there any way to get the scanner running again? | Brett Mudge (13585) | ||
| 749672 | 2009-02-20 19:00:00 | What do you mean the scanner hasn't run since, you can't launch the scanner application or when you tell it to scan it does nothing or......? How are they plugged into the computer? Via a hub, pci card or back plane ports? |

Have tried to scan a couple of hours later and the scanner is not detected again. I'm wondering if there is a problem with my usb ports. Time to take the machine to the hospital I think. |
