| 749649 | 2009-02-20 08:50:00 | Hey ya guys and girls I was wondering if any one know any good light weight image viewing application (no need for editing) that allows good customization in its controls, eg allow functions to be assigned to mouse buttons. Im using ACDSee, XnView and IrfanView atm, but none of those are very customizable. XnView comes very close in allowing me to set the scroll wheel to what i want but still limited. I can understand the implication of a image viewing program that gives too much customization control to its user, as predefined shortcut keys could be a nightmare to sort out. So if that is the case, does any one know some sort of mouse profiling program? Eg allows mouse buttons to be assigned as x-x key when xyz program loads? Some thing like what in Nvida control panel, where when certain game is loaded a certain graphic settings is loaded too. Many thanks in advance. ^^ |

What Im looking for is that I want my mouse button to be assigned to x function in this program but y function in another. As for mouse app in the Control panel it doesnt really have what I need, it mainly adjusts the feel of the mouse rather than its functionality. Many thanks |

Sometimes i need to use my mouse from the side if i'm recording and my hands have instruments in them. I end up doing this, but it sure would be easier if i could change the axis, so X to Y and Y to X. I have Intellipoint which lets you program clicks to key functions in specific programs, but i'm not able to swap x and y axis. Bill |
